COBRA Client Outcomes
As of January 2009 all COBRA case management programs in New York State are required to collect data on specific client outcome measures while conducting an Initial Comprehensive Assessment and during each subsequent client Reassessment. Outcomes are entered in the AIDS Institute Reporting System (AIRS), on the “COBRA Outcomes Assessment” page, located under the menu heading “Clients and Services”, and reported to the AIDS Institute in the monthly electronic extract.
The purpose of this page is to provide updates, tools, forms and information to assist COBRA programs in the process of gathering and reporting client outcomes.
