Welcome to the COBRA Quality Improvement (QI) section
of this website! We are delighted that you have taken an interest in quality
improvement and would encourage you to check out the different buttons
located on left of your screen. The section is divided into five distinct
parts including: Quality Coach Presentation: This is an on-line self-directed course originally taught in our “Quality Coach” program. The lessons provide the novice with a general understanding of QI as applied to COBRA. COBRA Rapid Cycle Pilot Project: In 2003, the COBRA Quality Improvement Committee will be embracing the Institute of Healthcare Improvement’s RAPID CYCLE methodology in an effort to study and improve processes common to COBRA programs.
